Every year when November arrives there is always a buzz around the Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts, it consists of many of SA’s top performances in one of the most beautiful concert settings I have ever been to. You can bring your own blankets and food to enjoy while relaxing on the grass listening to some good music.
The concert venue in Kirstenbosch Gardens opens at 16:00 and closes at 20:00 & you need to make sure you get there a bit early or you might have to sit at the back end. You can buy tickets from webtickets and if webtickets are sold out they also have a few more tickets that they sell at the kirstenbosch gardens ticket office.
The remaining line-up for the 2011/2012 summer concerts is as follows:
27/11 Jack Parow, Van Coke Kartel, Heuwels Fantasties & JR
